Peace Day

Choosing Peace over Fear isn't an easy task but with a little

practice and consistency I've been able to feel it more

more. I have a morning ritual that sets the tone for

my day.

These are the steps that I use to create a Sacred Space.

1). 15 to 20 minutes of reflection and mediation

2). Practice breathing in slowly for 5 breathes

3). I love Aromatherapy, so choose Patchouli, Wild Orange, Sandalwood

or Lemongrass.

4). Centering my thoughts on all the Blessings in my life

5). Letting Go of all things that do-not serve me.

I hope this helps you as much as it as helped me on my Peaceful Journey.
